Please bring:
Your Child’s Birth Certificate
Health Card
$30 cash or Cheque made out to BLT Jr. Elementary for primary supplies for the year
Proof of Address (Power Bill, Phone Bill)
Sorry, we cannot accept Driver’s Licence as proof of address
