Dear Parents/Guardians,

BLT Jr. will once again use the OPTIS web-based System to manage Parent/Teacher Appointments. We used this system last year. We are not connected to BLT Sr. so you will need to make appointments with that school separately.

Parent /Teacher Interviews for BLT Jr., are on Thursday December 6th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm and then again from 6-8pm. You will see available times for a particular teacher when you log in and select that teacher.

See the attached informational handout (or the back of the November Newsletter) to help you create an account and to book an appointment for your child.

You will be able to book your child’s appointments starting on Monday, November 26th at 9:00am.The system will shut down Wednesday, December 5th at 6pm and you will no longer be able to book appointments.
